Our three bedroom property is within easy reach of Hayle and it's "Three Miles of Golden Sands" and five miles from the quaint cobbled streets of St Ives. St Ives Bay extends from the Cornish town of St Ives in the west, with it's cobbled narrow streets and picturesque harbour and beaches to Godrevy Lighthouse on the eastern side.
It is wonderful area for a great seaside holiday. Hayles beaches are quiet and sand dunes allow you to find secluded peaceful sunbathing areas.
West Cornwall also has many more stunning coves and bays to explore. Sennen Cove near Lands End is great for surfing as is
Newquay and Praa Sands. Visit Lamorna Cove and Porthcorno for white sands and turquoise seas.
Tolroy Manor is ideally situated for exploring by car the many tourist attractions of Cornwall from sub-tropical gardens and coastal walks to family days out at Flambards Theme Park, Newquay Zoo, Paradise Park and many more. Cornwall was also voted the best UK holiday destination in 2009.

At M5 Exeter At junction 31, exit onto A30 toward Okehampton/Bodmin continue for around 101 miles. At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Carwin Rise heading to B3302/Hayle/Helston/B3301, you are now travelling through Hayle. At the roundabout, below the large bridge take the 1st exit onto B3302/Foundry Hill Continue to follow B3302 Turn left and the destination is signposted Tolroy Holiday Manor.
