Kerrow Lodge is a privately owned peaceful holiday home located within the grounds of an old manor house, Tolroy Manor, Hayle near St.Ives. Within the grounds there is a heated indoor pool with a sauna. Restaurant and Bar. Launderette and site shop. Games room. Full Tennis Court. Snooker and pool tables and a play area for the children.
The Lounge/ dining area is an open plan living area, the extendable dining table can seat 8. The comfortable lounge area has a flat screen digital tv/dvd with freeview channels, 2 sofas one of which converts to a sofa bed and a comfortable armchair. The kitchen is located off the lounge area and is well equipped for your stay including microwave, toaster, cooker, fridge and a small dishwasher. Outside is a sunny patio area with a picnic style bench and table.
There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor with a fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms both have fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside chest of drawers. The master bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin single beds. The house has 2 bathrooms, one downstairs has a bath, W.C, wash basin and shaver point. Upstairs has a bathroom with shower cubicle, W.C. and a wash basin.
